Use the prepaid return label provided. Pack the jewellery securely in the original box. Drop it off at the designated courier location or request pickup (if available).
The jewellery must be returned in the same condition it was delivered in.
Deposits are refunded only after inspection is complete. This may take 2-5 business days after the returned item is received.
